They might have won, but it wasn’t on the radiation-like - “by reason of bulk, prominence and rooftop location, would be visually obtrusive”. Looking at the picture you have posted above a mast might even make that place look better :) Seriously, in this case was Three’s planned phone mast close to a school or playground etc or what exactly was the group’s problem with it?
