I'm putting the education disclaimer into both the MP3 metadata and into spoken elements of our podcasts whenever we run signed artists. Taking a cue from Matt Verso, I think it's time for the community to assert fair use in standing for citizens who want to play music they purchased in whatever manner that suits their needs. I happen to enjoy playing tracks while talking about them in an education an educational context.
