		<description>&lt;em&gt;I am no historian, but it must have taken a lot of support from the allies over the years to let fascism rise in Europe before war seemed a sensible solution to the power hungry leaders of the day.&lt;/em&gt;

The very reason the fascist dictatorships rose was because the countries didn't go to war, because they try to talk and be diplomatic.
