i was asked to post the sound cues used to accompany winners walk from the floor to the stage during the irish blog awards ceremony  01/03/08  - a good few winners were not in attendance which means two things. 1. the awards are not rigged by table sales (no tables €5 in) 2. my sound cues in such incidents last about 5 seconds.

When Hillary Clinton came to Dublin in 2004 fund raising,  she went shopping and purchased 3 CDs. One of the three was by Eleanor McEvoy whom Hillary had met in December 1996 when McEvoy warmed up the 80,000 strong crowd in a cold College Green before the Clintons took the stage. [the song is 'Leave Her Now' from Eleanors debut ablum]

One of the most enigmatic names in the story of 2 Tone, John Collins was drafted in to produce the label’s finest moment, Ghost Town, after Jerry Dammers lauded his production on Victor Romero Evan’s ‘At The Club’.
